Location
The hotel is situated in front of the beach on Denarau Island. The local nearby attractions include the Denarau Marina, Nadi Town, Castaway Island and the village of Veseisei. It is just a 25-minute drive from Nadi International Airport.



Facilities
The resort has a lift and features 271 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.



Rooms
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service offers guests additional comfort. Little extras include slippers, daily paper and pillow menu. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.



Sports/Entertainment
There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. A variety of activities are available at the resort, for example beach volleyball and crazy golf or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and golf. With windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, billiards, bowling, squash and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and a kids' club.



Meals
Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The resort also offers special catering options.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
  • The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to locals/city residents. EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
  • In case of cancellation or modification, entire benefit (discount / cash back) on the actual booking amount will be forfeited.
