This 4-star apartment hotel is located in Playa del Ingles, about a quarter mile from the beach. There are public transportation stops in the immediate vicinity.


Facilities
150 rooms and 140 apartments are located on 5 stories and can be reached by elevator. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a TV room, a playroom, a library, a childcare service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.


Rooms
The rooms have a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom, as well as air conditioning and central heating. Some rooms include a balcony. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
