Location
This conference hotel is situated in a peaceful setting, in Maspalomas, about a quarter mile from the sandy beach. The center with all its tourist hotspots can be reached within around a quarter mile. Guests can reach the nearest shops, bars and restaurants in about a quarter mile and bus connections in around a quarter mile.


Facilities
Guests have a choice of 9 junior suites, 18 suites and 286 double rooms located in a 5-story main building and several auxiliary buildings. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk around the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 10 elevators. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot (for a fee). Other services include a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and rental service (for a fee). Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 7 conference rooms.


Rooms
Rooms include air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. Guests can also reserve wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.


Sports/Entertainment
Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 7 outdoor pools. The freshwater pool complex (in part heated) also includes a children's swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. A variety of activities such as cycling/mountain biking, a putting green and Nordic walking or, for a fee, golf, are offered at the resort. With windsurfing, catamaraning, snorkeling and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Water skiing and banana boat rides are organized by third-party operators. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, yoga and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon, anti-aging treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a steam bath and massage treatments. A kids' club and live music round out the entertainment options.


Meals
Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can dine in 3 restaurants, which have air conditioning and high chairs as well as smoking and non-smoking areas. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and gluten-free meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
