This hotel lies in a quiet area in Playa de los Pocillos, about 350 yards from the sandy beach. A number of shops are just minutes away, and public transportation is also nearby. The nearest airport is Lanzarote (ACE), situated approximately 5 miles away.


Facilities
4 junior suites, 188 apartments, 44 single rooms and 98 double rooms are available to guests in a 2-story main building and an auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available around the clock. The hotel provides a coat check, a currency exchange service, a playroom, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance and a laundry service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and rental service.


Rooms
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. All rooms are carpeted and include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a mini fridge. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example bocce and beach volleyball or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, tennis, miniature golf, golf and horseback riding. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, catamaraning and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy jet skiing and diving. A wide range of indoor sports are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, darts and yoga or, for a fee, billiards and squash. A spa and massage treatments are available (subject to charge). Additional recreational activities include an entertainment program, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.


Meals
Various dining options are available, including a dining room and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package, half board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as special offers like snacks and live cooking. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request.
