Location
This beach hotel is located in a quiet area approximately a quarter mile from the center of Fort Myers. It is ideal for parents with children. Connections to public transportation are right outside the door, and shops and nightlife are around a quarter mile away. Miami - International (MIA) Airport is located about 150 miles away.


Facilities
Guests have a choice of 135 apartments and 60 studios located in a 9-story main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The hotel provides a coat check, a safe, a playroom, a childcare service, a conference room and a business center. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. An elevator and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.


Rooms
The rooms have a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, as well as air conditioning, central heating and a fan. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Location

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
