Location
Situated on a picturesque lake, this ski hotel is also located a short walk from the center of Whistler. The region is popular with active vacationers as well as those seeking peace and quiet. In the colder months, winter sports reign. The slopes and cross-country trails, about 3 miles away, are a great way to enjoy the snow.


Facilities
The hotel has 77 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 4 stories and are reachable by elevator. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. Valuables can be securely stored in the safe. Internet access in public areas allows guests to stay in touch while on vacation. Parking spaces are available to guests traveling by car.


Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. A kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as a standard feature. Furthermore, there is a washing machine and an ironing set. Internet access, a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and an alarm clock provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also reserve wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.


Sports/Entertainment
The heated swimming pool allows guests to enjoy a swim in any kind of weather. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Recreation options at the hotel include a gym and a spa. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf, horseback riding and massage treatments.


Meals
Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu.

Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.

  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
