This apartment hotel is situated on a main road in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, near the beach. Bars, restaurants, shops, nightclubs and public transportation are on the doorstep. The nearest airport is Lanzarote (ACE), situated approximately 9 miles away.


Facilities
Guests have a choice of suites, 69 single rooms and 11 double rooms. The reception desk is open around the clock. Services and facilities include a coat check, a safe, a currency exchange service, medical assistance, room service, a conference room and a business center. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The grounds of the apartment complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Guests can also use the bicycle storage facilities.


Rooms
Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Guests can also reserve separate bedrooms. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. All kitchenettes come with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
