This beach hotel is located on the Riviera Maya. Its setting is especially ideal for business travelers as well as families. The nearest airport is Cancun (CUN), approximately 25 miles away.

Facilities
Guests have a choice of 434 rooms, 349 junior suites, 2 suites and 76 double rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and an elevator. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Travelers with bicycles can make use of the on-site bicycle storage area.

Booking Policy

As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
