This urban hotel is situated in Redington Shores, about 20 miles from the sandy beach. The tourist hotspots can be reached within around 15 miles. The resort is located about 15 miles from the nearest airport, (Saint Petersburg - Internation (PIE)). Tampa - International (TPA) and Sanford (SFB) are around 25 miles and 140 miles away, respectively.


Facilities
40 rooms are available to guests in a 2-story main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. Check-in/check-out service is available to guests in the lobby. The complex provides a coat check, a safe, a newspaper stand, room service and a laundry service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot.


Rooms
Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be reserved.


Sports/Entertainment
Guests can go for an energizing swim at the freshwater pool complex (in part heated). Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.

  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
