Terrible not for family or good person at all

I stayed for one night with family. Locality is very low class, approach Road is very narrow. Person at reception is very rude. Rooms are extremely dirty, ripped towels, dirty furnitures/ towels...

Location wise the hotel is around 2-3 minutes by auto from Chandigarh rail station. Rooms are standard, hot water geysers are in working condition, food quality is decent, they also have lift...

We booked super delux room through MMT but on arrival they gave us delux room only.. Said like there is no option, so we paid for super delux ans had to stay in delux room. It's ok for 1 night stay...
