This apartment hotel is situated a few yards from the sandy beach, in a lively area right in the heart of Costa Teguise. It is an ideal point of departure for beach vacationers or families who'd like to get to know the area better. There are a number of bars, shops and restaurants just outside the door. It is about 10 miles to Lanzarote (ACE) Airport.


Facilities
The apartment hotel has 242 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a safe, a currency exchange service and an ATM. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. Active guests can make use of the bicycle rental service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including table tennis, billiards, darts, bowling, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the apartment hotel, including a sauna, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-aging treatments. Recreational facilities include an entertainment program, a kids' club, a kids' disco and a dance club.


Meals
Dining facilities include a dining room and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package, half board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive vacationers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
