This apartment hotel is situated in Las Palmas, just a few yards from the sandy beach. The tourist attractions can be reached within about 30 miles. It is about 20 miles to Gran Canaria - Las Palmas (LPA) Airport.


Facilities
The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 5-story building with an elevator and 47 rooms. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. The safe can securely store guests' valuables. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot for a fee. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle rental service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available.


Rooms
Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Guests may safely secure their valuables in a safe for an additional fee. The kitchenette comes with a mini fridge. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi ensure optimal comfort. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
