Location
Ideal for beach vacationers and families, this conference hotel is situated on a main road in Manzanillo, about a quarter mile from the sea. Guests can reach the nearest shops in about a quarter mile. The nearest airport is Manzanillo (ZLO), 15 miles.


Facilities
The hotel has 324 rooms, including 298 junior suites and 18 suites, which are located on 7 stories and are reachable by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a coat check, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car rental service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel doctor. A projector is on hand for guests' business and communication needs.


Rooms
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, central heating and a fan. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also reserve wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.


Sports/Entertainment
While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Meals
Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of 3 air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurants with separate areas for smokers. All-inclusive can be booked. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favorite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). The hotel also offers snacks.

Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
