This urban hotel is located in the heart of El Puerto de Santa Maria, about 1 mile from the sandy beach, with various options for recreational activities nearby. This beach hotel is about 10 miles from Jerez de la Frontera (XRY) Airport. It is about 70 miles and 145 miles to Seville (SVQ) and Malaga (AGP), respectively.


Facilities
The apartment hotel was built in 1700. 19 apartments are located on 4 stories and can be reached by elevator. A coat check is available to guests. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot (for a fee). Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and rental service (for a fee).


Rooms
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi ensure optimal comfort. A shower, a bathtub and a bidet are included the bathrooms. A hairdryer is also provided. The hotel has smoking rooms.
